I hereby represent to the Maryland Rifle Club that the information provided above is true and accurate. I understand that MRC will use the information for the limited purpose of determining my suitability for Club membership, and I agree to such use. I declare that I am not prohibited from owning or possessing firearms or ammunition under any Federal or State Law. If accepted to Club membership I agree to abide by all Club by-laws, policies and procedures, including faithful adherence to all MRC and AGC range safety rules and regulations.
